Product Benefits:
The popular maleic hydrazide (MH) in the potassium salt form. Modern formulation offering faster absorption into the plant’s system. Effectively inhibits sucker growth on mature tobacco plants at topping time. Contains 1.5 lbs. per gallon of the potassium sale of maleic hydrazide in combination with modern emulsifiers and surfactants, which encourages fast absorption into the plant’s system.
When to use:
Apply when all plants are mature of 7 days after the last contact application. Best results are obtained when applied on humid mornings after dew has dried from leaves. Apply to mature tobacco. Tip leaves to be harvested should be 6-8 inches long. Avoid application during the hot midday or afternoon sun. Needs 6 hours on the plant for best results. Rain within the 6 hour period will reduce effectiveness. Very dry weather will reduce absorption.
